Neil Ennis has been my friend for a number of years. When he asked us to come and do a extended family shoot at Christmas time of course we were happy to do it! Getting his large family together was made more difficult by the fact one daughter now lives in Edinburgh, Scotland.
However all the family were there and we even got the grand kids to play nicely long enough to crank out some great photos under the tree on their front lawn.
Here are some of the photos. Book a family shoot like this for your family today for as little as $299.
After the corporate shoot we recently did for Redsells, the owners Tony and Sue asked us to come and do a family shoot for them, with their adult children and their three young cousins.
We had a lot of fun playing in a local park, with all sorts of shenanigans as the kids played on the playground equipment and then did some posing together. The pictures below show a mix of fun posed images and candid captures of family having fun together.
Peter and Kitti are our cover models – being featured in our banners, website, facebook profile picture and on the back of the car. Recently I was able to do the first shoot of their pregnancy – exciting times for them. We hope to do another shoot later in the pregnancy also.
We started off with some white background shots of Kitti’s baby bump, and Peter checking the baby out. Then we headed outside for some different shots.
There are lots more shots then displayed here. In all they received 40 edited photos (from 140 samples). If you would like a pregnancy shoot then please contact us – we are happy to put together something highlighting you as a couple and your new growing child. Of course if you already have children we can include them as well.
It is really nice to see a family who get along real well together and look out for each other. The Louden family are one of those families. Each genuinely care for the others and you can see this in the way they interact. One of the little girls got something in her eye and the other had a green ant bite 5 minutes into the shoot. Everybody showed concern and helped them feel better and get back into the spirit of taking photos again.
As a result we had a lot of fun. First we did a staggered shoot under some old gnarled trees and then used another tree to arrange people under and on. Then it was onto synchronised walking and jumping - lots of hilarity there! Finally we did some nice group shots out on the grass with a thundery grey cloudy sky. We finished with some more antics and then packed up.
A lovely Sunday afternoon was spent down at the Scarborough foreshore back in April with the delightful Witcher family and their dogs. One of the boys was back in Oz briefly and the family thought this would be a good time to get pics together. Below is a sample of the lovely foreshore with views to the Glasshouse Mountains across the bay - and of course the Witchers.
