We recently photographed a whole bunch of Guinea Pigs that are special pets for our girls. It was just in time for only 2 days later one of them fell sick and died.
Get your pet photos either on their own like these, or with you for special memories. We can create photo books as well of you and your pets to remember them by.
As sponsors of PRIMA we get to go to all the shows opening nights, and we get to take some cool photos of a great bunch of very talented people. I’m not sure which I enjoy most, watching the show as a customer or watching through my lens as we capture the fun.
The 60s Theatre Restaurant has been extremely popular with every show completely sold out. A packed house sure gives off an ambience that a lot of fun.

After Supanova I had some costumes I had hired from The Vault which i decided to put to good use and called an impromptu cosplay shoot with some friends. Rachel, Allison and Bridget helped out – along with Jadeen, Erin and Mercedes.
The result is a mashup of Jill Valentine, and Egyptian Naruto Barbarian Princess and a Vampire. We followed it up with some dance jumps and poses.
The Gold Coast Supanova – held at the Convention Centre 20 and 21 April 2013 – is a celebration of all things pop, cosplay, anime, sci-fi and TV. This year Dreamcoat Photography tamed up with the Drawn 2 Life cosplay team to raise funds for Juvenile Diabetes Research. We ran a photo booth for them and also had a few random shots. We had several of the crew working today, Rohan, Ben, Miranda and two Sarahs all pitched in handing out flyers, directing traffic at the booth, dressing in costume and posing and of course shooting the action.
All the pics from the event can be found on my Flickr stream Supanova Gold Coast 2013 Set. I have also added some to Facebook and theres a select few below.
Samples can be downloaded for personal use from Flickr or tagged in Facebook. Please credit Dreamcoat Photography. If you want full size edited versions please contact sales@dreamcoatphotography.com.
It was my first professional photoshoot for my cosplays. I had head (sic) some great things about Dreamcoat Photography, and decided to see about booking a shoot for Gold Coast Supanova. I was not disappointed at all. Tim was great, really knowing what was going to work with my costume choices, and location choices for both costumes. I was able to give ideas beforehand for my costumes, and some of these came into play. Thanks for a great shoot and hope to look at more ideas in the future to add to my cosplay page.
