Back in November 2011 we attended Epic Diem Cosplay, Pop Culture and Larping event at the Sunshine Coast Uni as the official photographers for the event.

We had 2 photographers covering a range of crowd, stalls, specific events and  star signing activities. Bajo and Hex from Good Game on ABC TV were there as guests and we covered their interviews as well as many of the people getting signings.

We also covered the Cosplay catwalk and competition as well as many of the stalls and other activities including bubble soccer and quidditch.

Small versions of all the unedited images have been posted on Facebook. Full Hi Resolution images can be purchased from us.

HOW TO PURCHASE

We do things a little differently from other companies.

• We don’t have a shopping cart because we don’t mass produce images.
• We individually edit every photo we sell.
• We shoot high resolution large images – suitable for you to print A3 size or more. Why have pro gear and not use it?
• We have lots of happy customers who keep coming back for more
• We specialise in Cosplay Photography Events in Brisbane and South East Queensland

So you have to email us about the ones you want to buy. We then send you a payment link for secure credit card payment and away we go. We supply bulk images via a drop box download link and individual ones we email.

Prints we ship to you in a flat cardboard parcel for protection.

Note: sample photos are unedited, low quality and size and have a large watermark. Purchased edited images are adjusted for exposure and colour and provided as full size digital images with a small discreet watermark in the corner. Some sample photos are also too dark or too light. this will be corrected in the edited image.

We don’t believe you should have to shell out big bucks after the event to get measly images of yourself. We have a very realistic pricing structure. The more you buy the cheaper it gets.

We would love to produce a beautiful A4 (8”x12”) glossy image for you of your favourite images. Individual prints are available in 2 easy sizes;

The Gold Coast 600 #gc600 V8 Supercars event is a party every year on the Gold Coast. And with the #superfest team in charge of the week long activities and events its a party every day! As the official photographers for all the events on the Gold Coast in both 2014 and 2015 the Dreamcoat Photography team gets up close to all the action.

Here are some of our favourite images from the week of events. These events included street parties, FMX motorcross, Go Karting, student driver instruction, wheelie bin and billy kart racing and beach volleyball with the race drivers.

Note this is roughly the same as a glamour shoot where we get you made up, and then go to locations to shoot, in this case the Spit and sand pumping Jetty on the gold coast, and then just some alleyways in Surfers Paradise.

We recently put together a Dr Who themed Black Milk Shoot. Black Milk Clothing is an awesome brand for nerds and geeks, with their clothing featuring sci-fi fantasy and other alternative genres imagery. We are lucky enough to have a Dalek Builder in our street so we borrowed 2 Daleks for a shoot. As we live in a cul-de-sac we were able to utilise the street for the shoot, and half of the neighbours joined in – some of them also getting shots!

Solveig is a top runner – and by top I mean she gets podiums! I have taken a lot of running photos of her over the years but this time she came to us for a family shoot with partner John and the kids.

We had a fantastic makeup session and then some lovely natural shots posed around her house with her daughter Bella. Then we headed to the park and met John and his kids and parents there for the family pics. We couldn’t resist some running and jumping photos of course!

Here are some of our favourites.

We took Trudii out for a slightly different “glamour” shoot. After all the makeup was complete we headed out to the mud flats at low tide. On the way we shot some photos in an alley way with some lovely afternoon light. There was a LOT of mud – and most of it was mid shin deep. However we got some great shots in a pretty unique environment.
