Shooting adult siblings is always a load of laughs. Trent and Tenille were no exception. In their words their relationship flips between wanting to kill each other and tender care for the other. We went to a local forested area and playground and just acted like big kids. My sides were splitting at their antics.

Dreamcoat Photography and Dreamsport Photography employ a number of shooters for all different sorts of sporting activities and other commercial functions and events.

Every 6 months we have a training day focusing on improving our consistency, and general photography shooting skills. We like to find a not for profit organisation whom we can offer great event photography to as part of our training. Working with our valuable team members we focus on improving and we all have a great time.

This year we chose the Emergency Services Expo, a group of all the emergency services and related ancillary organisations who were providing a public expo of their services. Unfortunately it bucketed down with rain over night but by morning had slowed off to a persistent drizzle. We relished the opportunity to practice in wet conditions, something we often have to over come. We had a great time photographing everyone there and published all the photos on Facebook.

We do quite a bit of real estate photography for numerous Real Estate Firms. This time however it was a private seller who contacted us and asked us to showcase their house for them. Two weeks alter they had a contract on the place. They even had visitors come to look at the place who didn't want it but just liked the photos so much they had to come see it!

Here are some of the photos. We work with the owner of every house to show case what they believe the qualities of living there are. Whether that be lots of open plan living, great backyards or views, or just how it can be tastefully decorated.

Glenn just loves his pedigree Staffordshire Bull Terriers. Glenn wanted photos of his staffys for two reasons – first to memorialise them – one is getting old and wont have much longer here, and also to put online for breeders.

We were happy to oblige but boy what a fun shoot! Every tried photographing one dog while 4 others tried to lick you to death? We eventually got it done along with some photos of Glenn’s beautiful filly.

I lost a good friend and mentor last month. Ian Hodge went to be with his maker after complications from surgery after a fall. He was a very true friend. He was also at various times my business associate, boss, colleague and employee.

I went through my photos and found only a few of him. They were taken one day at work when we had a client come for some profile pics and Ian was there so I did some updated ones of him also. I also have some screen grabs from videos taken when we were presenting together one time.

Pregnancies are an awesome time – not always the most comfortable but definitely great knowing a new baby is coming.

Jono and Marie took their little fella Jonny to the park to play and i got some great photos of them with him and the new baby bump.

Meagan from MD Cosplay makes an awesome Rey. So much in the character that I kept calling her Rey as we did her shoot. Meagan took advantage of our Supanova special and while on the Gold Coast we went in search of some jungles to shoot in. We would have liked a desert scene but the beach was high tide so no go there. We had a lot of fun ont he shoot, pictures below. Here is what Meagan had to say afterwards:
